As the main sales point of contact with the assigned customers, you will provide pre- and post-sales support, drive the account strategy, establish relationships with the customer counterparts, supervise and understand customer needs and, align Emerson’s offerings to address them, in collaboration with subject matter authorities and Industry Leaders. You will increase sales enablement tools in the process to improve your customer reach and potential and will be a key integral part of the digital sales team as well as the regional sales team!
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Driving achievement of Orders targets for the Measurement Solutions Portfolio within the agreed segment of customers and industries through digital and remote interactions.
Be responsible for the bookings forecast for the segment and ensure monthly delivery of the volume dedication.
Proactively work with customers to increase digital integration. Specially, to actively move all accounts that may place unsolicited orders or RFQs into a digital self-service platform. Be proficient in the benefits of digital integration.
Act as a single point of contact to secure customer happiness during and after the transition. Provide pre- and post-sales support and regular follow-up.
Engage with customers through sales enablement tools, online chat tools, e-commerce platforms and other digital means (including MS Teams, WebEx and phone) to assist customers in product selection, application support, access to expertise and placement of orders.
Supervise digital tools and CRM for leads. Proactively act on leads to convert potential business in the assigned segments.
Understand and use available data analytics and reports to optimize account growth strategies, including whitespace analysis, pricing actions and customer segmentation.
Drive the prospecting processes, identify, and collaborate to generate & exploit new LEADS at existing and new customers, markets, and geographies.
Actively coordinate with colleagues and orchestrate the support of responsible authorities, Product Managers, or other company team members to build a compelling and differentiating value proposition for the selected customers.
Support the deployment of new digital tools and engagement platforms as new technologies become available.
Stay constantly informed and proactively develop an understanding of the entire MSOL portfolio, rapidly accepting new technologies and incorporating new product launches in the sales strategy.

Strong collaboration skills as part of your integration into sales teams and cross BU departments such as product management, customer care, finance & others
Regional travel will be required, both Internal and External at least 25% of the time
For this Role, You Will Need:
STEM degree or comparable technical education with 1 – 4 years of proven experience
Proven experience selling technologies to customers in the relevant industry.
Intuition for business and understanding of commercial contracts as well as the quote-to-orders process.
