Key Responsibilities:A real estate company in Lekki Phase 1 is looking for a Digital Media Specialist with expertise in motion graphics and video editing. This is a hybrid role (3 days on-site, 2 days remote) with a ₦300,000 monthly salary.
Content Strategy: Develop and execute multimedia content strategies.
Graphic Design: Create engaging designs for social media, ads, and website content.
Video Production & Editing: Produce and edit high-quality videos with motion graphics.
Content Creation: Generate original content for social media, email marketing, and blogs.
Social Media Management: Collaborate with the team to distribute visual and video content.
Media Management: Maintain a digital library of assets and ensure file organization.
Performance Tracking: Monitor content performance and optimize engagement strategies.
Requirements:
Proven experience in graphic design, video editing, and content strategy.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
Strong portfolio showcasing video editing and motion graphics.
Knowledge of social media best practices and content optimization.
Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in real estate content creation.
Knowledge of SEO and content optimization techniques.
