Digital Marketing Officer

Job Summary:

We’re seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Officer to develop and implement online marketing strategies for our pharmaceutical, agrochemical, and consumable products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote our products across various online channels.
Create engaging content (blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, etc.) to attract and retain customers.
Manage and optimize our website, social media presence, and other digital platforms.
Analyze website analytics and social media metrics to measure campaign success and inform future strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, customer service) to ensure alignment and maximize impact.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the pharmaceutical, agrochemical, or consumable industries.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
Excellent communication, writing, and project management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, social media management software, and email marketing platforms.

Nice to Have:

Experience with marketing automation platforms.
Knowledge of SEO principles and practices.
Familiarity with CRM software.
Certification in digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
