Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy and Creation:
Develop, write, and edit high-quality content for blogs, social media, email campaigns, and website updates.
Create educational and engaging content tailored to our fintech audience, including articles, infographics, and videos.
Collaborate with the product team to translate complex financial concepts into relatable and user-friendly content.
Social Media Management:
Develop and implement social media strategies to grow followers, boost engagement, and promote our services.
Schedule and publish posts across various platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook.
Monitor and respond to audience interactions, building meaningful relationships with followers.
Digital Campaigns:
Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to drive traffic and conversions.
Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics to maximize ROI.
SEO and Analytics:
Conduct keyword research and optimize content for search engines to increase organic visibility.
Track and analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide actionable insights.
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and customer success, to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
Stay updated on fintech trends and integrate them into marketing strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Digital Marketer, preferably in the fintech industry.
Strong content writing skills with a portfolio showcasing previous work.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, SEMrush, Canva, and social media scheduling tools.
Basic knowledge of financial services and fintech trends is a plus.
Excellent communication and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
