Softhills is a fast-growing e-commerce technology company operating across multiple industries, including beauty & skincare, health & wellness, sports & fitness, home goods & furniture, and fashion. We are looking for a creative and passionate Digital Marketing Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in digital marketing strategies that drive business growth.
Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing social media marketing campaigns across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Help create engaging content (graphics, videos, reels, blog posts, and email newsletters).
Monitor and analyze social media trends, engagement, and performance using analytics tools.
Support SEO efforts, including keyword research, content optimization, and website updates.
Assist in setting up, monitoring, and optimizing Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitors, and customer insights.
Assist in email marketing campaigns, crafting newsletters, and audience segmentation.
Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative marketing strategies.
Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and innovations to contribute fresh ideas.
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Passion for digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
Strong writing skills for creating engaging posts and ads.
Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, and social media advertising is a plus.
Familiarity with design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or video editing apps is a bonus.
Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines.
Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
