Key Responsibilities will include:
Social Media Management
You need to be able to develop and implement strategies to grow our brand presence across social media platforms.
Create, schedule, and analyze content to improve engagement and follower growth.
It will be important that you also monitor industry trends, understand our competitors and refine content strategy to fill existing gaps.
Campaigns and Lead Generation
This is very important to us. First, you need to be able to design and manage campaigns to drive traffic and generate leads for sales.
Second, we want you to demonstrate expert knowledge that helps align marketing activities with sales objectives and leverage retargeting strategies.
Content Creation
As you most likely know, social media runs on the wheel of content. We don’t want you to take the generic approach to content creation. We need you to have a holistic and novel approach that will ensure that the contents rolled out on our social media platforms are creative and tailored to meet the need of our target audience.
We want to maintain a consistent messaging across platforms through cross-team collaboration and it will be important for you to be a key-driver of this initiative.
We publish weekly articles. We need you be an expert at writing well-researched, intent-based and optimized blogposts.
Performance Analysis
You have to be able to track campaign performance using analytics tools and optimize for better ROI.
We want you to be able to implement basic SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and rankings on SERPs.
You will also manage paid ads to maximize reach and conversions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3+ years proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
Strong understanding of sales funnels, SEO techniques and lead generation strategies.
Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
Excellent communication and creative skills.
