Digital Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

Create customized digital marketing strategies for each business sector (hospitality, farming, car hire, oil & gas, Logistics, education, security services) to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue.
Integrate email marketing, content marketing, social media, and other digital channels to drive business growth and engagement across all sectors.
Plan, execute, and optimize online campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to ensure optimal performance.
Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) to track performance, analyze trends, and report on campaign outcomes, recommending adjustments as needed.
Build and maintain a strong social media presence for each sector (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) by creating content calendars and regularly posting engaging updates.
Interact with customers online to answer questions, manage inquiries, and enhance brand loyalty.
Develop and implement lead-generation strategies through online ads, landing pages, and content marketing initiatives.
Conduct regular research on digital marketing trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities across the different sectors.
Work closely with the sales, operations, and product teams to align digital marketing strategies with business goals and ensure seamless execution.
Support sector-specific marketing and PR initiatives to increase visibility and credibility.
Develop and manage the digital marketing budget for each sector, ensuring effective allocation of resources across campaigns and activities.
Manage and grow the company’s email subscriber list for all business sectors, ensuring proper segmentation for targeted campaigns.
Analyze email campaign results and continuously optimize for better open and click-through rates.
Provide monthly and quarterly reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), campaign performance, and digital marketing effectiveness.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing across multiple industries, with a track record of managing campaigns and driving measurable results.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools, email marketing platforms, etc.).
Experience in content creation and managing social media accounts for diverse industries.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM software.
Creative and proactive with a problem-solving mindset.
Ability to multitask, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of industry-specific trends in hospitality, farming, oil & gas, Logistics, education, and security services is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with video marketing and multimedia content creation.
Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other digital marketing platforms.
Knowledge of email marketing best practices and automation tools.
