Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management

Develop and execute social media strategies targeted at different field crop seasons.
Create and schedule engaging and audience-specific content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Build and maintain a strong online community by responding promptly to customer inquiries and feedback.
Monitor social media trends and competitors to enhance Seed Co.’s digital presence.
Analyze metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize

E-commerce Management

Oversee and optimize the Seed Co. online shop, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Implement strategies to grow the online customer base and drive sales.
Manage online promotions, product listings, and pricing updates.

Performance Analysis and Reporting

Use analytics tools to track website traffic, engagement rates, and sales
metrics.
Provide regular reports and actionable insights to the Head of Marketing.Skills and Competencies:

Skills and Competencies:

Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, SEO, and content management.
Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, social media scheduling software (e.g.,
Hootsuite, Buffer), and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
Knowledge of agricultural trends and seasonal crop cycles is a plus.
