Digital Marketing & E-commerce Assistant

Job Summary

We’re looking for a highly motivated Digital Marketing & E-commerce Assistant to manage e-commerce websites, create engaging content, and grow social media accounts. This role also involves client interaction via dedicated WhatsApp groups.
The ideal candidate should have experience in digital marketing, social media management, and e-commerce platforms.

Responsibilities

Manage e-commerce websites (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and ensure product listings are optimized.
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Create high-quality content (graphics, videos, blog posts) for social media and websites.
Monitor and analyze website traffic, SEO, and social media performance.
Execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing and paid advertising.
Interface with clients in and provide prompt responses.

Requirements

1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or a related field.
Strong understanding of social media growth strategies, digital marketing, and e-commerce platforms.
Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
