We are seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Marketer/Content Developer to join our team. Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Strategy:

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Plan, manage, and analyze digital advertising campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, social media, etc.).
Monitor and optimize SEO/SEM strategies to increase website traffic and rankings.

Content Development:

Create high-quality, engaging, and audience-focused content for blogs, websites, social media, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
Collaborate with graphic designers and videographers to produce multimedia content.
Conduct research on industry trends and audience preferences to inform content strategies.

Social Media Management:

Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms.
Create and schedule engaging posts, stories, and campaigns tailored to target audiences.
Respond to comments and messages to build community and brand loyalty.

Analytics and Reporting:

Track and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) of digital campaigns to measure effectiveness.
Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights for improvement.
Utilize analytics tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM systems.

Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to align marketing efforts with organizational goals.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing and content trends to incorporate innovative practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Educational Background:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

Professional Experience:

6-8 years of experience in digital marketing and content creation.
Salary- Negotiable
Proven expertise in managing digital campaigns and creating engaging content.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), and social media management platforms.
Knowledge of CMS platforms such as WordPress.
Basic graphic design and video editing skills using tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar.

Content Creation Skills:

Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
Strong understanding of content marketing principles and SEO best practices.
Analytical mindset with a results-driven approach.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
Creative thinking with a strong eye for detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Added Advantage:

Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Digital Marketing, HubSpot Content Marketing).
Experience with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp or HubSpot.
