Digital Marketer / Community Manager Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities

Respond to inquiries and feedback on all social media platform and information platform.
Post engaging and interactive contents on social media daily.
Write engaging captions for each post.
Work with the relevant department to ensure that the right information is disseminated across all platforms.
Analyze and write reports of social media insights, feedbacks and information.
Organize and plan outreach, events, get together etc.
Optimize website content to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to enhance SEO efforts.
Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to monitor campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the IT or technology sector.
Must reside in Lagos
Must be innovative and possess problem solving skills
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and HubSpot.
Proficiency in Graphic Design tools (eg., Canva, Adobe, etc)
Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs.
