Job Responsibilities:
Creating and implementing digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms to drive brand visibility and business growth.

Leading, mentoring, and managing the digital team to execute campaigns effectively.
Overseeing the planning, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns to maximize performance and ROI.
Analyzing campaign performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies based on data insights.
Managing and allocating the digital marketing budget to ensure cost-efficiency and maximum impact.
Optimizing website and content for search engines (SEO) to drive organic traffic.
Collaborating with content creators to develop engaging, brand-aligned digital content.

Person Specification:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
Expertise in digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.) and campaign optimization.
Experience in managing and allocating digital marketing budgets
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work with cross-functional teams.
Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Hootsuite, etc.).
Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
