Job Summary
As Digital Infrastructure Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing technical support for a full range of business technology, including computer systems (hardware and software), network infrastructure, telecommunications circuits, mobile devices, telephone systems, audio-visual equipment and specialized business applications in addition to supporting and implementing applications, process automation support and business requirements gathering/analysis.

Microsoft 365 Administration
Technical support for digital infrastructure (hardware and software)

Network and telecommunications support
Providing support to internal users
Resolving technology challenges as they arise
End-user training
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
Setting up accounts for new users
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in digital infrastructure support, server administration, and network management.
Strong technical troubleshooting skills, with knowledge of cloud computing and application support.
Excellent communication skills for end-user support and training.
Experience as an Microsoft 365 Administrator
