We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Social Media Content Creator to strengthen our marketing team. The successful applicant will develop, source, and oversee content for our various social media channels. This position will be instrumental in fostering audience interaction, elevating brand visibility, and increasing website traffic.
Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of critical duties, including but not limited to strategic planning, project management, and operational oversight to ensure organizational objectives are met efficiently. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions that enhance productivity, streamline processes, and drive continuous improvement. Monitor performance metrics and key indicators to assess progress, identify areas for enhancement, and implement corrective measures as needed. Serve as a liaison between senior leadership and departmental teams, facilitating clear communication and alignment of goals. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
Formulate and implement a comprehensive social media content strategy that is fully aligned with Vivacity’s overarching marketing objectives.
We are seeking to develop compelling, authentic, and innovative content specifically tailored for a range of social media channels, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Develop and oversee a structured content calendar to maintain a steady and reliable posting schedule.
Partner with marketing and design teams to create engaging graphics, videos, and various multimedia assets.
Track emerging social media trends, tools, and platforms to integrate them strategically into our approach.
Respond promptly to comments, messages, and other interactions from our social media audience to foster meaningful engagement.
Evaluate social media performance metrics and deliver consistent reports aimed at enhancing engagement levels and broadening audience reach.
Monitor and incorporate emerging industry trends, innovative strategies, and proven best practices in social media and content marketing to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
Experienced professionals with a strong background in crafting engaging social media content, or in comparable positions, are encouraged to apply.
A robust portfolio that effectively demonstrates your proficiency in content creation is essential.
Demonstrated expertise in leveraging social media platforms and comprehending their underlying algorithms is essential.
Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
The capacity for innovative thought and the skill to develop fresh, original content concepts is essential.
Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools is required, including familiarity with industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Final Cut Pro.
Demonstrates exceptional organizational capabilities and the capacity to effectively oversee several concurrent projects with precision and efficiency.
Proficiency in SEO and web traffic analytics is advantageous.
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline is strongly preferred.
