Digital Brand Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

Craft and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with overall brand and business goals.
Identify key target audiences and tailor digital campaigns to meet their needs and behaviours.
Define KPIs and success metrics for digital initiatives.
Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end digital marketing campaigns, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and online advertising.
Oversee the creation and execution of A/B tests to refine campaign strategies and optimize performance.
Monitor and adjust campaigns in real-time to maximize ROI and meet marketing objectives.
Develop and implement social media strategies to build brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty.
Manage content calendars for social media platforms, ensuring a consistent and on-brand voice.
Engage with online communities, respond to inquiries, and foster positive interactions with consumers.
Collaborate with the content and creative teams to produce high-quality, engaging content for digital channels.
Oversee the development of digital assets, including videos, graphics, blog posts, and email newsletters.
Ensure all content aligns with brand messaging, tone, and values.
Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) to track and report on campaign performance, website traffic, and conversion rates.
Conduct regular analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
Present findings to senior management with actionable recommendations.
Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring that all initiatives are cost-effective and deliver measurable results.
Allocate resources efficiently across channels and campaigns to maximize impact.
Track expenditures and provide regular updates on budget status to leadership.

REQUIREMENTS

A minimum of Bachelor Degree (B.Sc.) or HND in Marketing, Business Administration or any other related field
Minimum of 5-7 years of work experience, 2 of which should be a managerial role. 
Excellent Communications Skill
