Job Summary
Oyomesi Specialist Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and versatile Diagnostic Medical Imaging Specialist who is proficient in both general imaging (X-ray, CT, MRI) and sonography (ultrasound). The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in conducting high-quality diagnostic imaging to support patient care and treatment plans.
Job Responsibilities
Operate and maintain various imaging equipment, including X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, and ultrasound machines.
Perform high-quality ultrasound examinations and provide accurate imaging reports.
Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures while ensuring their comfort.
Collaborate with radiologists and physicians to interpret imaging results.
Adhere to hospital protocols and safety guidelines, including radiation protection measures.
Maintain detailed and accurate patient records.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in medical imaging and sonography.
Requirements
Degree or diploma in Radiologic Technology, Sonography, Medical Imaging, or a related field.
Certification from a recognized radiology or sonography board (if applicable).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in both imaging technology and sonography.
Strong knowledge of imaging techniques, ultrasound procedures, and patient care.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospital environment.
