Role Description
We are currently seeking a full-time Application & Sales Specialist – DI/US to strengthen our team in Lagos. This on-site position involves delivering technical application support, resolving troubleshooting challenges, and providing client-facing solutions tailored to their needs. Additionally, you will partner with the sales department to bolster business growth, nurture customer relationships, and contribute specialized knowledge in diagnostic imaging and ultrasound systems. By working collaboratively with colleagues, you will enhance customer satisfaction and optimize the utilization of our offerings.
In addition to having a degree in engineering or a related discipline, you should possess at least three years of hands-on experience in a relevant field. Strong problem-solving abilities and proficiency with industry-specific software are essential. Familiarity with project management methodologies and excellent communication skills are also required. The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead initiatives is highly desirable.
Proven ability to evaluate and derive meaningful insights from data through meticulous analysis and interpretation.
Demonstrates strong expertise in both Application Support and Technical Support, with a proven capability to guide clients through system setups and provide operational assistance effectively.
Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges efficiently, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.
Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills are essential for fostering productive interactions with clients and colleagues alike.
Demonstrates an unwavering commitment to client success by crafting personalized solutions and prioritizing customer satisfaction at every engagement.
A Bachelor of Science degree in Radiography and Sonography is required for this position.
Proficiency in sales, application support, or medical device technologies represents a valuable asset for this role.
Open to performing duties on-site in Lagos and traveling as necessary to meet client commitments.
We seek candidates with 1 to 2 years of relevant professional experience.
