Summary:
A Design Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire design process of telecommunications network solutions, from initial concept development to final implementation, ensuring designs meet customer requirements, technical specifications, and industry standards.
Responsibilities:
Leading and managing a team of network designers, engineers, and technical specialists.
Defining design strategies and roadmaps for new network projects.
Establishing design standards and best practices to ensure quality and consistency
Expertise in network design tools and software
Follow up the progress of survey and design according to the arrangement of the design manager
Review the quality of design documents and AS BUILD documents, and guide subcontractors to complete the output of documents when necessary
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering or a related field
Extensive experience in telecommunications network design and implementation
Proficient in network design tools and software
Good knowledge of Autocad and MSOffice
