Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Design Architect to develop innovative architectural concepts and design solutions for residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptual design, design development, presentations, consultant coordination, and supporting project delivery from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Develop architectural concepts, schematic designs, and design development drawings.
Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, and presentation drawings.
Produce 3D models, renderings, and design presentations.
Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies.
Coordinate with Interior Designers, Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, and Project Managers.
Ensure designs comply with project requirements, regulations, and industry standards.
Participate in client meetings, presentations, and design reviews.
Support project documentation and construction implementation.
Stay updated on design trends, materials, and emerging technologies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
Minimum of 1–3 years post-NYSC experience in an architectural firm.
Strong portfolio demonstrating design creativity and technical competence.
