Job Code: RC003 Responsibilities

Reporting to the Group Managing Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the real estate business of the holding company.
The candidate will be responsible to design, execute and deliver property development projects that unlock the value in the Group’s land assets, to achieve profitability and return on asset targets

Qualification and Experience

First Degree in the ‘Built Environment’ from a reputable Institution (e.g. Urban and Regional Planning, Architecture, Estate Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, etc.)
Professional certification in Project Management (e.g. PMP or Prince2) will be an advantage
Minimum of Ten (10) years management experience in a construction environment, Five (5) of which must be in a property development and real estate management organization
Experience managing a real estate and property development organisation with a portfolio including grade A properties in choice locations
Age between 40-45 years.
