Key Responsibilities:
Accurately input data into company databases and management systems.
Update and maintain existing records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Verify data for errors and correct any discrepancies promptly.
Generate and prepare regular reports based on recorded data.
Ensure data security and confidentiality in accordance with company policies.
Assist in data analysis and provide administrative support to relevant departments.
Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
Review data for deficiencies or errors and resolve incompatibilities.
Requirements:
Minimum of National Diploma (ND) in Business Administration, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Data Entry Officer, Data Entry Clerk, or similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Good communication skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
Knowledge of data management software is an added advantage.
