About the Role
We are seeking to employ a Data Entry Assistant who will be responsible for accurately maintaining and preserving all inventory records, both digital and physical, as instructed by the supervisor.
Duties and responsibilities
Maintain and Preserve ALL inventory records, both soft and hard copies as directed by the supervisor
Organize records Alphabetically and Chronologically for future reference
Assist dispatch assistants in the paperwork generation process, to expedite service to customer
Guide dispatch assistants, and other inventory employees on good record keeping.
Any other responsibilities may be assigned by the Materials Controller. Shipping Co-ordinator and other members of BURN management.
Requirements
Diploma or certificate in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
At least 1-2 years of experience in data entry, inventory management, or a similar role.
Experience in organizing and maintaining both physical and digital records.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
Familiarity with inventory management software and database systems.
Basic understanding of record-keeping and filing systems.
