Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Certifications in Sophos products (e.g., Sophos Certified Engineer or Sophos Certified Architect) preferred.
In-depth knowledge and experience with Sophos security solutions:
Sophos XG Firewall
Sophos Endpoint Protection / Intercept X
Sophos Central Management
Sophos Email Security and Encryption
Sophos Web and Wireless Security
Proficiency in configuring firewall rules, security policies, and web/application controls.
Strong understanding of networking, VPNs, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and malware protection.
Familiarity with security frameworks like NDPR, ISO 27001, and compliance standards.
Minimum 3–5 year’s experience in IT security administration with a focus on Sophos product suites
Proven experience in managing and securing endpoints, servers, and networks. Preferred Qualifications:
Sophos-specific certifications (e.g., Sophos Certified Administrator, Sophos Central Certified Engineer).
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and their integration with Sophos tools.
