Job Description
Technical assistance to our customers via phone calls,email and social media.
Monitor & review server backups
Troubleshoot a variety of technical and non-technical issues customers may have with their hosting plan.
Answer pre & post-sales inquiries and provide consultative support for a range of products and services we offer.
Research required information using available resources.
Process client orders and provisioning VPS & Dedicated Servers.
Stay updated and current with the system information and changes and update and follow standard procedures and processes.
Schedule and apply software and Operating System patches and updates as directed.
Weekly report of follow up (customer feedback,complaints, pending issues).
Social media presence (company’s whatsapp and instagram)
Requirements Experience with web hosting industry:
Has experience with a management tool like Cpanel and a billing system like WHMCS
Has an understanding of shared, reseller vps, dedicated server hosting.
Has a firm understanding of open source software such as WordPress,Joomla, etc.
Is able to quickly and efficiently handle web hosting related issues such as DNS, FTP, PHP-based errors, etc
Comfortable speaking with customers via telephone,whatsapp,email.
Strong understanding on Linux Server
Administration:
Excellent multi-tasking ability.
Strong analytic and troubleshooting ability
Confident and self-motivated with a positive can do attitude.
A desire to learn and progress through the business.
