Heroshe is looking for a process-minded customer support representative to join our growing customer experience team. We’re looking for:

Responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Handle outbound customer communications through various channels such as phone and email.
Build trust and strong relationships with customers.
Stay up-to-date with our products or services, understanding their features, benefits, and how they align with customer needs.
You’ll also be responsible for finding customer pain points by obtaining feedbacks and resolving grievances in collaboration with other functional departments.
This is a requirement
Your ability to be empathetic and understand customer’s view point will be highly required to handle enquiries and resolve grievances.
You’re also passionate about startups and technology. You’re familiar with the use of G- Suite, Instagram and Slack.
2 Years of work experience in similar role.
