Salary: ₦100,000 – ₦150,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer transaction requests, complaints, and inquiries efficiently.
Provide expert support regarding transactions, products, and services offered on the platform.
Investigate and promptly resolve payment disputes, ensuring positive customer relationships.
Reconcile customer accounts and address discrepancies accurately.
Communicate regularly with customers to provide updates on account statuses and payment issues.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Perform other tasks related to the role as required.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience.
BSc in a related field (or equivalent).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Comfortable working under limited supervision and handling customer issues independently.
Must be available for weekend and night shifts.
Proficiency in computer use with average typing speed.
Must reside within the Lekki axis (Candidates outside this area will not be considered).
Work Schedule:
Monday to Sunday, with 2 days off each week.
Shifts include:
7:00 AM – 2:00 PM
2:00 PM – 9:00 PM
9:00 PM – 7:00 AM
The schedule rotates weekly (e.g., Week 1: 7 AM – 2 PM, Week 2: 2 PM – 9 PM).

Only candidates who are willing and able to work weekends and night shifts should apply.
