Customer support officer is expected to manage customer expectations and support experiences well, handle product and service inquiries professionally and actively work with technical support departments to resolve customer complaints as quickly as possible.
Overall, the operations of the Customer support officer is expected to boost sales volume and engender customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Good Phone Etiquette
Good Email Etiquette
Manages Customer Expectations well
Vast in ICT
Can learn fast.
Good Relationship with people
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
