Fresher / or 1 or 2 years experience
Knowledge of Basic engineering, good knowledge about MS Excel
Function :
Coordinate with Field Sales Engineers for sending quotations
Able to read, understand engineering drawing, part lit books for parts numbers
Able to understand & select technical spare parts suitable to customer requirement
Preparation of quotations and communicate with customers on enquiry
Preparation of quotation register for all sales enquiries
Liaise with branch sales engineers, branch heads for enquiry and quotations
Liaise with service team and job planner for smooth execution of service job.
Ensure complete customer satisfaction through prompt response and technical support
