We are looking for a friendly and proactive Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our laundry business.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for attending to customers, handling inquiries, processing orders, promoting services, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers with drop-offs and pick-ups.
Provide information about services, pricing, and turnaround times.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
Process payments and maintain accurate records.
Promote laundry services to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Requirements
Minimum of SSCE or equivalent.
Previous experience in customer service or sales is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
Basic computer skills for record-keeping and transactions.
Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
