Job Description
This individual will ensure that every customer’s guest experience is exceptional.
Responsibilities
Assist guests to the cinema by providing them with options available to them to entertain them.
Be fully equipped with the synopsis of films showing at the cinemas to adequately assist cinema guests.
Handle customer complaints and provide swift resolutions to complaints.
Continuously look for opportunities to improve customer service.
Provide management with objective feedback obtained from guests to the cinema.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Requirements
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Excellent Interpersonal skills
Passionate about children.
Result Oriented and Problem solver.
Creative.
Age: 25-30 years.
