We are seeking a customer-focused and professional Customer Service Representative to handle client interactions and ensure a seamless customer experience. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for real estate, this role is for you.
Your Role
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
Provide accurate information about property listings and services
Assist clients with inquiries, bookings, and transactions
Maintain a professional and friendly relationship with customers
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally
Work closely with the sales and marketing team to enhance client satisfaction
Who We Need
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in customer service or a related field
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in real estate
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple client interactions
Abuja-based candidates preferred
