Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at Koolboks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing top-notch support to ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
Provide accurate information about Koolboks products, services, and policies.
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges while ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Maintain detailed and updated records of customer interactions and transactions.
Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure timely resolution.
Work closely with the sales and technical support teams to address customer concerns.
Gather and report customer feedback to help improve products and services.
Assist in developing customer service policies and procedures for improved efficiency.
Stay updated on company products, industry trends, and best customer service practices.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum of HND/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in customer service, support, or a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to handle difficult customers and de-escalate situations professionally.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English is an advantage.
