About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of the Upside Down House experience, ensuring every visitor feels welcomed and has an unforgettable time. This is your chance to be part of a groundbreaking project that merges innovation with fun, creating memories for visitors from all walks of life.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Provide detailed information about the Upside Down House and its features.
Assist visitors in navigating the attraction and answer any inquiries.
Handle ticketing, reservations, and payments efficiently.
Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
Ensure the attraction is clean, organized, and visitor-ready at all times.
Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum of HND /Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
A positive and energetic attitude with a passion for customer satisfaction.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
