Bluenix Paint Manufacturing Limited is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to handle sales orders efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
Provide detailed product knowledge and recommend suitable paint solutions.
Process sales orders, track deliveries, and follow up on customer requests.
Ensure accurate order documentation and coordinate with the sales team.
Address customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain customer records and update the database regularly.
Gather customer feedback and report insights to improve service quality.
Requirements:
Must be female and reside within close proximity to the company’s location.
HND or BSc in any related field.
1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or order processing.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and pay attention to details.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Good knowledge of paints and coatings (training will be provided).
Customer-focused with a positive attitude and problem-solving skills.

Salary & Benefits:
₦100,000 – ₦150,000 per month
