Job Overview:
Msmetics is seeking a proactive enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to manage client communications across social media platforms and respond to incoming phone calls for both Msmetics and Outlash. This role is responsible for providing timely, accurate, and professional responses to inquiries, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and respond to customer messages, comments, and inquiries across all social media platforms.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, promotions, and company policies.
Escalate complaints or complex issues to the appropriate team members.
Answer incoming phone calls professionally and promptly, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.
Provide clear solutions or direct customers to additional resources if further assistance is required
Strive to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering friendly, patient, and knowledgeable service.
Qualifications:
ND, HND, or BSC in any field.
Customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and adapt.
High level of professionalism and patience in handling challenging situations.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication, innovation, and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing trends.
Work Hours: Mondays – Fridays 9 am – 6 pm.
