Customer Service Representative

Job Responsibilities

Establish and maintain effective communication with clients through meetings, calls, and regular follow-ups.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing clear and accurate information about our services.
Conduct item inspections for defects and promptly report any issues.
Ensure packages are taken to the airport as at when due and ensure proper due diligence.
Maintain detailed and organized records of all customer interactions and sales activities.
Track and monitor shipments, ensuring clients and internal teams receive timely updates.
Efficiently process, pack, and ship orders with a high level of accuracy.
Prepare and ensure all required shipping documentation is complete, including bills of lading and customs paperwork, adhering to all compliance standards.

Requirements

A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline, including but not limited to Social Sciences and Business Management.
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3-5 years of proven experience in customer service or a similar role.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse clients.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
