Customer Service Representative

Job Details

Attend to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat promptly and professionally.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team or supervisor.
Process customer orders, refunds, and transactions while maintaining accurate records.
Communicate product and service information effectively to customers.
Provide proactive outreach to customers for updates, feedback, and follow-ups.
Assist customers with technical support or troubleshooting issues.
Generate and document leads for the sales team where applicable.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and SLAs in all customer interactions.
Record customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system for reference and improvement.
Collaborate with the team to implement new strategies for improving customer satisfaction.
Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
