Kuddy Cosmetics, a leading name in the beauty industry, is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms.
Assist customers in selecting products, resolving complaints, and processing orders.
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Kuddy Cosmetics’ product range to provide accurate recommendations and advice.
Manage and update customer accounts, ensuring accurate records of interactions.
Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Handle returns, refunds, and exchanges in line with company policies.
Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications and Skills
Minimum of an OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the beauty or retail industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A genuine interest in beauty and cosmetics is a plus!
