Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
Provide accurate information about products and services, troubleshooting assistance, and guidance.
Resolve customer issues and complaints with patience, empathy, and efficiency.
Maintain and update customer records in the company’s database.
Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and provide comprehensive solutions.
Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams or supervisors.
Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and gain feedback for service improvement.
Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed assistance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Microsoft Office Suite, Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems will be an added advantage.
Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure.
Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
