Customer Service Intern

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries, providing accurate and clear information about our platform, products, and services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently.
Stay updated on product changes, services, and policies to assist customers effectively.
Identify recurring issues or customer feedback and report them to the relevant teams for resolution.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Communications, English, or a related field.
6 – 12 months of relevant work experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with customer service software is a plus.
Young, smart, and energetic.
Relevant knowledge of the cryptocurrency sector, with an understanding of Roqqu’s business and services, is a plus.
