Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
