Description
Customer Support: Handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat to address questions related to products, installation, and service maintenance.
Issue Resolution: Assist customers with troubleshooting, resolving complaints, and coordinating with the technical team for on-site assistance when needed.
Order Processing: Guide customers through the purchasing process, including quote requests, orders, and payment-related inquiries.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest solar products and services offered to provide informed guidance to customers.
Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls or emails to ensure customer satisfaction and provide additional support as needed.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess a BSc in relevant field with 2 -3 years work experience.
