Job Description
Manage large amounts of incoming calls
Attract potential customers by answering product and service specific questions and cross-selling
Register new members.
Resolve product or service complaint.
Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies in keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts and filing documents
Requirements
Minimum qualification:SSCE
Good written and verbal communication skill
Experience in working with children preferred.
Good team player.
Close proximity to kado estate preferred
