Customer Service Agent

Job Description
Working as first point of contact with customers when confirming orders placed.
Confirming all orders placed by customers and ensuring that all orders placed are received intact within the company delivery deadline.
Follow-up on customers’ with delivered item to encourage them place future orders, thus raising company’s achieved sales.
Customer Support; (Problem solving via phone calls, live chat administration, letter writing, tele-sales).
Upsell and cross sell of products when customer places order
CRM administration, Out of Stock product management and customer follow up management
Relationship management; merchant/ vendor support.
Working with the social media team to create and achieve a strong, active platform for customer help online.
Data administration and documentation.
