Job Summary

The Customer Relationship Manager will oversee client engagements, maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, address inquiries and complaints promptly, enhance customer retention, and contribute to business expansion by delivering exceptional service.

Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Oversee daily activities, monitor performance metrics, and implement corrective actions as necessary to meet targets. Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, Customer Service Management, or a closely related field is required.

A minimum of two years of hands-on experience in customer service, client relations, sales, or account management is required.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent skills in fostering interpersonal connections and building professional relationships.

Demonstrated expertise in utilizing Microsoft Office applications is essential.
