Customer Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Relationship Manager to join the team in a bridal fashion brand. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring timely delivery of orders, and providing exceptional customer service.

Salary: ₦150,000/month + other perks

Requirements

BSC/HND in a relevant field of study.
Proven work experience in customer service/operations management in the fashion industry.
Proficiency in digital work tools and platforms (Google Workspace, Google Sheets, MS Office suites, etc.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage clients brilliantly.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Manage client relationships and ensure timely delivery of orders.
Follow up with production team on client orders and relay feedback to clients.
Document order progress and setbacks on production worksheets.
Create and share meeting and fitting schedules with clients and team members.
Log in deliverables and liaise with logistics partners.
Create weekly and monthly deliverables/targets sheets.
Follow up with clients post-order to ensure satisfaction.
Attend to client remarks or complaints and provide meaningful solutions.
Collate reviews, professional pictures and vendor list for fulfilled orders.
