Thorough understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
Veeva CRM Usage dashboard and productivity dashboard.
Reviewing change request on Veeva.
Uploading & collating surveys on Veeva.
Updating coaching & knowledge assessment scores.
Raising and following up on remedy tickets.
Addressing any CRM related issues.
Generating basic insights from the reports & dashboards prior to publishing.
