Customer Relations /Marketing Officer

Job Description The preferred candidate should:

Be able to act as a Front Desk Officer;
Promote good corporate image of the organization;
Have ability to initiate and execute corporate social responsibility;
Have the ability and skills to ensure at least 15% annual growth rate of the hospitals customer base;
Have the ability and skills to ensure that Ladkem Eye Hospital get affiliated with more Health Maintenance Organizations (HMOs);
Have the ability and skills to ensure that more hospitals under the NHIS scheme refer patients to Ladkem Eye Hospital.
Be a team player, teachable, courteous and fluent in English Language;
Be task and result oriented;
Ready for road work to meet customers and organizations.

Job Requirements

Must possess a minimum of B.Sc /HND in Marketing, Business Administration or related field;
Must have completed his /her National Youth Services Corps (NYSC) program;
Must be computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and Hospital/Patient Manager Software;
Membership of Professional body and previous working experience will be an added advantage.
