Customer Experience Officer

Job Description

The Customer Experience Officer ensures exceptional customer interactions while driving online sales growth. This role involves managing customer inquiries, optimizing the e-commerce platform, and implementing strategies to enhance brand loyalty and online engagement for products.

Responsibilities
Customer Experience Management

Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries through phone, email, and social media channels.
Develop and implement customer retention strategies, including loyalty programs and personalized communication.

Online Sales Management

Manage and update the company’s e-commerce platform, ensuring accurate product listings, descriptions, and pricing.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute digital campaigns and promotions.

Social Media and Online Engagement

Manage the company’s social media accounts, creating content to engage and attract customers.
Respond promptly to comments and messages on social media platforms.

Sales Reporting and Analysis

Track online sales metrics and provide regular performance reports.
Analyze customer purchasing behaviour to recommend cross-selling and upselling opportunities.

Qualifications

Min of HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: 1-2 years in customer service, online sales, or a related role, preferably in the FMCG or food industry.
Skills:
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and customer behaviour.
