Customer Experience Officer

About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Part-Time Customer Experience Officer. This is a Saturday-only position, providing excellent customer service and support to our valued patrons. You will also play a key role in maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

In-Store Customer Assistance:

Provide exceptional customer service to customers visiting our physical store on Saturdays.
Assist customers with product selection, answer questions, and provide personalised recommendations.
Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.
Ensure a positive and enjoyable shopping experience for all customers.

Store Maintenance:

Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Assist with light housekeeping duties, such as tidying shelves, dusting, and ensuring the store is presentable for customers.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Availability to work Saturdays is mandatory.
